2.  We rely heavily on data and technology to maximize marketing ROIs.  We collect and analyze large amounts of proprietary and public data (a) to understand our target buyers (demographics, behaviors, values, beliefs), (b) to evaluate marketing spend, and (c) to help developers price units.  We use top designers and cutting edge marketing tools (mobile, web, back office, email) to target the right customers with the right messages. 

3.  We bring key relationships that sell projects.  Over the past 10+ years, we have developed relationships with hundreds of top buyers’ agents and numerous players in LA’s entertainment industry.  We bring a proprietary database of investors who buy pre-sale condos in LA. Whether it's public relations, interior design, photography, concierge services, international property shows or just a brochure printed, we know the right people. 

For more than 10 years, our founding CEO (Davina Potratz) has sold over half a billion dollars in new luxury condos at several of LA’s marque condo developments—including The Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA Live, The Residences at W Hollywood, The Carlyle on Wilshire, and several others. Davina has set record prices per square foot (for residential condos sold) in Downtown LA and Beverly Hills (as recently as 2016).
